How I Use Twos: My Go-To Tool for Staying Organized and Focused

In my last blog post, Twos: Your New Best Friend For Writing *Things* down”, I talked about how Twos simplifies my life by providing a clean, customizable space for managing everything from tasks to thoughts. Now, I’m about to share the ways in which I integrate Twos into my daily routine!

Daily Workout Reminders and Journaling

One of the things I set up on Twos was daily reminders for my workout plan. Each day, I get a nudge to stay on track, helping me stay consistent with my fitness goals. I’ve also created a daily journal prompt list specifically for August, with a new prompt for each day. Budget and Subscription Tracking

Twos has also become my go-to tool for financial management. I’ve set up a budget tracker that helps me monitor my spending, track my subscriptions (whether they’re monthly, weekly, or yearly), and ensure I’m sticking to my financial goals. Medication Reminders

Staying on top of my [mental] health is crucial, so I use Twos to set daily reminders for my medication – morning, lunch, dinner, and sleep. This feature gives me peace of mind, knowing I won’t forget anything important, and it keeps my routine consistent.

Finally, I use Twos to take notes on the books I’m reading. Right now, I’m working through Atomic Habits by James Clear. I jot down key takeaways, quotes that resonate with me, and actionable steps I want to incorporate into my life. Twos makes it easy to organize these notes, so I can refer back to them whenever I need a refresher or inspiration.
